Using the Document Vault in Aqqrue

Learn how to store, organize, and manage client documents manually or with Aqqrue’s AI.

The Document Vault gives every Aqqrue entity a central place to store and manage its files. Open it by selecting Document Vault from the left-hand menu.

Folder structure

Aqqrue provides a standard set of root folders covering common accounting documents.

Within these folders, you can:

  • Create new folders and subfolders.

  • Upload files.

  • Move files between folders.

  • Download or delete files.

Select one or more items using the checkboxes to see the available actions. The standard root folders cannot currently be renamed or deleted. All folders and subfolders created within them are configurable.

Organize documents with Aqqrue

You can manage the Document Vault manually or ask Aqqrue to organize it for you.

For example: Please clean up the Document Vault. Review the files, move them into the appropriate folders, and apply a consistent naming convention.

Aqqrue can review the files, determine what they contain, create subfolders, rename documents, and move them to the appropriate locations.

You can also give more specific instructions, such as: Move all Square order reports into Financial Reports and rename them using a consistent naming convention.

This is particularly useful when files have accumulated in the Inbox or have not yet been organized.

Connect external document storage

Aqqrue also supports connecting external document-storage systems. SharePoint is currently supported upon request. Once connected, your SharePoint folder structure and files will appear in the Document Vault and can be synced regularly.

Google Drive support is coming soon. Please contact us if you would like help connecting SharePoint or want to share feedback about the Document Vault.
